HOW TO BOOK :

Contact me by phone, email or via the site ("contact" section).
Together we will define your demand : the desired visit, the number of participants, your specific wishes if applicable, the date and time of the day ...
You confirm your request if it suits you and proceed to the payment.

TO BE NOTED:

Rates shown are inclusive of all taxes but exclusive of entrance fees to museums or monuments.
For the Louvre Museum, Opéra Garnier and Palace of Versailles, time slots and number of reservations are limited . This is why I advise you to contact me as soon as possible to ensure the availability of the date and time slot you desire.
Louvre Museum: For groups of 7 or more, the museum applies a "Visit and reservation right" of € 70 in addition to the price of the tickets. The entry fee to be paid is therefore € 70 + € 17 /adult

Terms of cancellation

If YOU cancel :

Between 30 days and 7 days before the visit: the service is due at 30%
Less than 7 days before the visit: the service is due at 50%
"No show": if you do not show up on the day of the visit, the service is due in full.

In case of major issue on your part, I will do my best to postpone the visit to a later date subject to availability. Dated entry tickets are not refundable.

If I have to cancel :

I will offer you:

the completion of the visit by a colleague guide without change of price or
the postponement of the visit or
full refund of your visit

In case of unexpected closure of a monument, strike, weather conditions, security requirements, etc :

Together and depending on the situation, we will find the best solution for you and me: postponement of the scheduled visit, choice of another visit, partial refund…
